Thank you for your feedback. I will be more that happy to help. I will make shorter lessons in the future so it will not feel overwhelming to go through the lessons.
Also just as a reminder, challenge is not a negative thing. Sometimes, we have thoughts running through our heads like: “How am I going to have time to finish my lessons?” or “This seems to be too complicated!”
From thoughts like that we feel anxiety and overwhelming.
We should do one thing at the time and do our best. Learning takes time and patience. Try to think in more positive way and embrace the challenge as a way of growing.
